Normal Delivery Times

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. It's unlikely, but there may be occasions where our carriers will try and deliver on Saturdays, but this remains at the control of the courier.

All UK orders, where next day delivery has been selected, for items held in stock placed before 10:00am are dispatched on the same day but this can vary during busy periods (especially on Mondays, when we go into sale or when the office has been closed for a period of time). European and international orders are shipped via various carriers and can take between 5-10 working days. There may be circumstances beyond superga.co.uk's control which may lead to delays. superga.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our carriers.

*Please Note: For delivery on a Friday, orders must be placed before 10:00am on the Thursday. Orders placed after 10:00am on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

During Christmas the superga.co.uk office will normally be closed. Superga.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for customers who expect but don't receive their orders during these times.

Superga 'Click and Collect'

Superga 'Click & Collect' is a free delivery option available from all our stores. By choosing ‘Click & Collect’, you can have your order sent to any of our Superga stores and you can collect it at your own leisure.

When we have sent your order out for delivery, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. We will send you an email to confirm that your order is ready for collection, and we may also send you an SMS to notify you that your order has been dispatched. Upon sending either of these emails, your order will be taken to have been accepted by us unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

We will make every effort to make your order available for collection within the estimated timescales (3 - 5 working days). Delays are occasionally inevitable during sale or other busy periods, or due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control. Superga shall not be liable for any delay or failure to make your order available for collection within the estimated timescales.

You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for collection at the relevant store. When collecting your order, please make sure that you bring the payment card that you used to place the order, and your 'ready for collection' email as a print out or ready to display on your mobile device.

Orders placed using our 'Click and Collect' service will be treated as a UK order and will include UK VAT.

If you fail to collect your order within fourteen (14) days of your collection date, your order will be returned to our warehouse and will no longer be available for collection from the store. If you fail to collect your order within the set period of time, we will not automatically refund the original purchase price of your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

Please note that if you chose our 'Click & Collect' service, there will be no delivery charge for your order and so no refund for delivery will be necessary.

The contract between you and Superga will be concluded in English and subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English courts. The contract will complete and title in the Product(s) of your Order (and so risk of loss or damage to such) will pass to you on the later of: a) the date on which we receive payment in full for the Product(s); or b) the date and time of collection of it from a 'Click & Collect' collection point or delivery by us to your nominated address.
