Stop Motion from Brazil!

30th December 2013

Superga Brazil creates stop-motion in partnership with Vinicius Popoh...

The Animation was based on the 2750, the brand’s icon model. The Brazilian licensee of Superga, the Italian brand with over 100 years of history, presents the first stop-motion made by Vinicius Popoh with Estudio HOOPP.
Popoh currently divides his career into his new program on Youtube (Sneakers in the House), the Estudio HOOPP and his artistic creations, especially sneakers, one of his passions.

The video brings out the main features of Superga and presents a Cinquecento car from Italy to Brazil, with the main sights of the two countries. 350 drawings and 372 photos were used to build the 30 seconds video.
"The most interesting is to think about all this way in real life, as if this route was actually happening like a travel video. It is wonderful '' says Popoh.

Besides the stop-motion, the artist created two models that will be exposed in two Trend Spot stores, one in São Paulo and one in Rio de Janeiro.
