When an order has been placed, it is not possible to change any parts of the order. This includes adding or removing items, changing the size or colour, or changing the delivery address or method. An order cannot be cancelled once your order confirmation has been confirmed.
European Deliveries Temporarily Paused
The EU VAT rules are changing again on July 1st, and they have quite an impact on goods being shipped into the EU from the UK (where we are). As you will be aware, Brexit continues, and we need an IOSS number to be able to send goods to the EU to pay the different amounts of VAT in the different member states. The integration for this is complex, and we want everything right for you our customers in terms of handling fees and import duty, and what it might mean for what you pay. So, we have made the hard decision to temporarily pause shipping to the EU. The last date for orders to all EU countries was June 25th. Normal Delivery Times
All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday, where 1-2 delivery has been selected, are dispatched on the same day, but this can vary during our busiest periods, bank holidays, when we go into sale or when the office has been closed for a period of time, and especially on Mondays. Please note, some couriers may require an extra day to deliver to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
International Standard Delivery (EU and Rest of World Destinations)
Orders are usually delivered within 10-20 working days depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 25 working days from the date you receive a confirmation email confirming your order has left our warehouse.
Customs & Duty
Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.
We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
Delivery times apply from the time your order is dispatched. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. It's unlikely, but there may be occasions where our carriers will try and deliver on Saturdays, but this remains at the control of the courier.

Superga Store Click and Collect *Temporarily Unavailable
Superga Click & Collect is a free delivery option available from all our stores. By choosing Click & Collect, you can have your order sent to any of our Superga stores and you can collect it at your own leisure.
When we have sent your order out for delivery, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. We will send you an email to confirm that your order is ready for collection, and we may also send you an SMS to notify you that your order has been dispatched. Upon sending either of these emails, your order will be taken to have been accepted by us unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
We will make every effort to make your order available for collection within the estimated timescales (3 - 5 working days). Delays are occasionally inevitable during sale or other busy periods, or due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control. Superga shall not be liable for any delay or failure to make your order available for collection within the estimated timescales.
You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for collection at the relevant store. When collecting your order, please make sure that you bring the payment card that you used to place the order, and your 'ready for collection' email as a print out or ready to display on your mobile device.
Orders placed using our 'Click and Collect' service will be treated as a UK order and will include UK VAT.
If you fail to collect your order within fourteen (14) days of your collection date, your order will be returned to our warehouse and will no longer be available for collection from the store. If you fail to collect your order within the set period of time, we will not automatically refund the original purchase price of your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
Please note that if you chose our 'Click & Collect' service, there will be no delivery charge for your order and so no refund for delivery will be necessary.
The contract between you and Superga will be concluded in English and subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English courts. The contract will complete and title in the Product(s) of your Order (and so risk of loss or damage to such) will pass to you on the later of: a) the date on which we receive payment in full for the Product(s); or b) the date and time of collection of it from a 'Click & Collect' collection point or delivery by us to your nominated address
