Superga Returns Policy
Christmas Gift purchases bought from 23rd November can be returned up until 15th January as a seasonal extension to our normal returns policy.
This is in addition to our normal 30 day returns policy. Your statutory rights are reserved.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please visit www.superga.co.uk/returns and complete the online returns request form. Or, alternatively, any items purchased on our site can be returned in person to a Superga UK store. Please take your Online order confirmation with you as proof of purchase.
You can get a full refund or exchange an item, for any reason, within 30 days of the original purchase (time limit exceptions may be made for orders outside of the UK at our discretion). Items must be returned to us as new, with all original packaging and in a saleable condition with the tags unremoved.
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is sub standard, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and a photo or description of the fault. We will then respond with details of how to resolve this matter.
Shipping charges for the return of goods will be paid for by you and we will incur the cost of redelivering the exchanged goods.
We will not accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing. Each garment is wash-tested and quality control checked on each production batch prior to leaving the factory.

Customers must get proof of posting when returning product to us.
Refunds will be credited to the same card which you made your original purchase. If for any reason that is not possible (i.e. the card has expired) we will contact you for further information. We refund all orders in sterling. If the exchange rate has changed since the date of the initial order we cannot be held responsible for this.
When you request an exchange, it may be that the product you request to replace it with is out of stock by the time we receive your return. If this is the case, you will be refunded and we will notify you of this.
You will receive an email of confirmation with information regarding the time scale of when your refund or replacement order will be processed. Average time for this is 4 - 10 working days.
When trying on your purchases, please wear socks and check the fit of the shoes by walking around inside only. Please ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking etc. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Please also ensure there are no stickers or cellotape etc. on the shoe box and that this is returned in an outer bag.
