I have been a superga customer for years. This time because of lock down I made online order. First of all the recommendation for the size was completely off. A whole size down to your usual superga was advised. I only ordered half size down and the shoes were at least one size small. I decided to exchange them for one size up(half size more than regular superga sole) and even though Ive asked for an exchange I still ended up paying the return postage fee(7£) After waiting a few days to receive an email that they have dispatched the exchange size I didnt hear anything and contacted customer service to ask for a refund. I actually found the same shoes i wanted on amazon for much lower price, free delivery and free return. I got a reply from customer services that the shoes will be dispatched soon and they wont process a refund. It has now been more than a week and i still havent heard anything. Overall the WORST customer service I have experienced in a while and I will definitely not use superga online ever again.

Stunning just stunning, beautiful colour lovely fit with comfy raised sole and quickly delivery.

Have to wear them with laces very tight as they’re very solid, not give and my heels were slipping Worn them a few times now & as the leather has softened. The fit has eased and improved

Good style and leather, love the colour. They come up large would advise getting a 1/2 or full size smaller

Nice styling, lovely leather. I got a size 5 1/2, but they were very big. I therefore returned them, I did not order another pair as you have to pay for return postage, and couldn't risk the sizing

Was surprised to feel actually how comfortable this show is considering on how high the wedge. Very easy to walk in.

Superga are changing their sizing. I have at least four pairs of 2790 in canvas but the last pair were bigger. I bought the nappa leather and they were bigger again. I live in Northern Ireland so must pay for my returns and am very displeased that I have to pay for returning a shoe which I believe was not described adequately. Customer service said they were different styles but a lay person looking at them does not see a difference they are stating the difference is the leather instead of canvas but they look identical so how was I to know the leather shoe was larger. I am a very unhappy customer and will not buy Superga again, certainly not from a distributor. When you order from the Superga online site it is not Superga but a distributor you are purchasing the shoes from and if you have a problem that’s who you deal with. Might work in Britain but not for me in Northern Ireland

Had these for 2 weeks and worn several times but sole is coming away! Will be returning! Apart from that - love them!

Product looked good fitted well (True to size) but after wearing for 15 minutes I developed blisters on my heel. There is no cushioning in that area at all. Would not recommend.

Really pleased with these trainers. I already had the canvas ones in the same style but wanted something more long lasting and I am so pleased. They took a little wearing in on the backs but feel smart with so many different outfits.Very pleased.

I love these shoes. Love them. Have worn my pink skin Nappa Leather 4 inch platform sneakers every day for a year and a half, and they still look awesome. So glad I have a white pair too. Wish the pink skin ones would come back again because I would buy another pair straight away.
