Love the fact they come in half sizes and are the perfect fit. Good quality product and I hope they are as comfortable as my other pair when I get to wear them.

It’s a lovely shoe and I like it but had to send my back - although I’m normally size 6, went for recommended 5.5 for size 39, which was too small and I do need one up. Also delivery was taking longer than normal time - approx 10 day wait from the purchase day. Maybe I was just unlucky. And I had missing invoice in the parcel, hopefully refund doesn’t take as long.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Has been over 3 weeks since my order and still no shoes have arrived they are lost with Hermes! Emails being ignored but they have taken the money from my account!! Have done many orders before but never again!!
