Do not but these trainers they are lethal on wet surfaces. Like being on a skating rink. Cheap hard rubber sole. Terrifying. No warning on product description. I slipped twice one after another & broke my wrist in two places ending up in A&E wearing a cast for weeks. I contacted SuperGa with zero response. Awful company awful customer service dangerous products.
