I recently purchased 2 pairs of boots, and unfortunately, they didn't fit as expected. Despite ordering two different sizes, both were too big for me. Unfortunately, the sizing wasn’t right, which was annoying . As a result, I had to return them. It was disappointing, as I really liked the style. However, the return process was smooth, and the customer service was helpful in assisting me with the return.
