I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience while attempting to purchase Superga trainers directly from the Superga website. Unfortunately, I never received the trainers I ordered, as I was informed that they were sold out, despite them still being advertised on the website. It was clear to me that these trainers were being advertised at an enticing price, seemingly designed to attract customers to the website. This felt misleading and left me disappointed and inconvenienced. To add to my frustration, I was then asked to provide a review for the trainers I never received. This request seemed absurd considering the circumstances and left me questioning the overall customer service and reliability of Superga. While I understand that stock availability can be unpredictable, it is important for companies to keep their online inventory updated and ensure that advertised products are actually available for purchase. This would help avoid situations like mine, where customers end up disappointed and inconvenienced. I hope Superga takes note of these concerns and improves their inventory management and customer service practices to provide a more reliable and transparent shopping experience in the future.

Was so pleased with one pair that I brought another pair. Also they were a great price in the sale and much more affordable at the cost of £18.00!!!
